All of the power line ground is high and no issues driving. Plenty of public land off of the power lines to enjoy more ground to hunt and explore! Grouse are also very plentiful on this tract of ground. Oak trees make up the majority of the "higher" ground which make it excellent deer hunting. Two smaller ponds are on the southern portion of the property. During the listing agent saw plenty of deer and deer tracks, with two of them being nice bucks!!
