District” which according to the county, will allow for up to 4 building eligibilities on a quarter/quarter section so multiple development lots are a possibility as well (buyer to check with the zoning dept. as far as any building confirmations and applicable zoning ordinances specifically to this property and their desired use). If building is desired to be done immediately and assuming one would want to do so within the CRP area, potential to pull some areas out (with payback and penalty) to accommodate this. All in all, this property lies not only in a great area with plenty of lakes, provides income through CRP, provides the opportunity to hunt, build or even develop further.
