The seller also has a few food plot openings that someone could easily rework and get replanted. One of the food plot openings still has some chicory from past planting. A beautiful tower stand overlooks the easement trail and one of the food plot opening areas. Over the years, the seller has done well hunting here and has had some pics of some super-sized bucks! One more cool feature of this property is an area dammed up by beavers, creating a beaver pond great for some added waterfowl hunting. Between the beaver pond and river, you should have some early and later-season waterfowl hunting opportunities!
