There is a new wing on the works with many exciting new tenants known as "The Square" with Ocean Lab Brewing Company, and its music venue, as one of the anchors. Also very close, and also in San Patricio Avenue, is the Chrissy González Park with tennis courts and a running/walking track surrounding it and, for wine lovers, El Almacen Del Vino with an ample inventory. The area is also surrounded by other apartment highrises and office buildings and has excellent highway connections such as highway 22 going west and to the rest of the city of San Juan and Puerto Rico. Overall a great place to live! The apartment is in good condition. Only the original owners lived it. It is on the 3rd floor with a view of San Patricio Avenue. There is one assigned parking space. There is also controlled vehicle and pedestrian access to the condominium. Pets are not allowed per Bylaws and so are short term rentals.
