Butterfield and Wolf Creeks are nearby in state land providing fresh water. The land appears to have been worked agriculturally at some point many decades ago but nature has taken over. The seller has an elevated box blind on the end of a spur over looking 2 draws and the majority of the property. The deer were bedded down under the blind when I first walked the property.
