This is rugged unimproved mountain surface rights only land with no legal access, no utilities, no well. The majority of the lot is on a steep mountainside and is heavily timbered, the lower end is flat and sits along the Fall River Creek. The ILC shows this property crossing the creek; however, corners have not been surveyed and marked. This lot is the north 1/3 of F Load mining claim. If legal access could be secured, this property will likely have a significantly increased value. The lot is located on the mountain side across a meadow to the southwest from the intersection of Fall River Road and Hamlin Gulch. There is no public access to this property from Fall River Road. DO NOT CROSS THE MEADOW FROM FALL RIVER ROAD...you will be trespassing on private property. The only way to access this property is on foot through Forest Service owned property accessible from the top of the mountain from Wild Wagoner Trail. Suggest using a property marking GPS to avoid trespassing. You will find some flagging and paint marks on trees at the lower end of the lot.

As a licensed real estate brokerage, Estately has access to the same database professional Realtors use: the Multiple Listing Service (or MLS). That means we can display all the properties listed by other member brokerages of the local Association of Realtors—unless the seller has requested that the listing not be published or marketed online.
The MLS is widely considered to be the most authoritative, up-to-date, accurate, and complete source of real estate for-sale in the USA.
Estately updates this data as quickly as possible and shares as much information with our users as allowed by local rules. Estately can also email you updates when new homes come on the market that match your search, change price, or go under contract.
