WITH MINIMAL EFFORT, THIS COULD BE THE ULTIMATE HUNTING PROPERTY! Approximately half of the property is still native grass for those interested in grazing livestock. The fences are in fair condition, but new fences will need to be built along the new property line on part of the east side.
