Directions:From Dolores Colorado take Hwy 145 north (approx 35 miles) to County Road 38. Follow Dolores CR 38 to the Blue Spruce Glen subdivision. Turn Right on CR 44.2 - the Subdivision will be on the right and well marked and just past the cut off for Stoner Mesa. Proceed across the one lane bridge on CR 44.2 going over the West Dolores River then bear right and the lot will be on the right at the furthest south part of the subdivision. Look for Sign. County Road 38 makes a loop you can also come in from the Rico side and the the subdivision would be on the left after Dunton.
