This listing consists of two oceanfront parcels in historic North Kohala above the beach at Kapanaia Bay. The main parcel of 84+ acres extends from the highway to the oceanfront. Documents would be provided to familiarize potential purchasers with the preservation requirements incumbent upon them as the new stewards of this historical land.
