The County shows this location will need an environmental study before clearing or building. This should be worth the effort to check out. But this lot is just one lot in from Apple Road which is drive-able to the paved road at Apple and Jonquil. FEMA Map shows part of the land is in Flood Plain. Mainly in the back half. Need to add full before building. There is a basic path from Apple Road that can be walked to get close to the lot. (Not known if Iris is actually there.) Just get a sense of the land.
