Occasional guests may park directly behind your two designated parking spots one after the other. Parking is not available in the garage. Storage available upon request. The SHARED WASHER AND DRYER is in the garage which is directly off the entry hallway. Your designated hours to use the washer and dryer are from 3pm-8pm every day of the week. The washer and dryer are shared only with my housekeeper who uses it in the AM hours. The SHARED GARAGE: There is a deadbolted door that leads you to the garage from the apartment. The large automatic garage door will remain shut at all times, only use in the event of an emergency. If you'd like to use the garage for storage, please let the host know in advance. Trusted vendors are allowed access to the garage for maintenance tasks. Other things to note: -AC Thermostat: Please go to the last photo on the listing photos to view what the AC schedule is currently set to. The thermostat is on a set schedule and is controlled by the host. Prior to signing lease or booking has been made, the host is happy to discuss a different schedule if you wish. Host is flexible on this but requires that the thermostat remains on a set schedule and is happy to talk about this further to make sure its comfortable. -Only 2 guests maximum, unless otherwise approved by host. An occasional visitor is OK. -There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind on the property. If there is smoke residue or if it is clear that smoking occurred, an extra cleaning fee will be sent. Please treat our property with respect. -Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM every day of the week. -In the event of a storm/hurricane-- We want you to be mindful that we do not have a house generator so if for some reason the city power went out, there will be no electricity until the city is able to get the electricity back on. In the event of a hurricane, we ask that you assist with hurricane prep: lowering hurricane shutters and placing sandbags out (which are provided). -Apt 2 is a small guest suite that abuts Apt 1. Apt 2/guest suite is a short term rental and prior to booking, each guest must agree to: quiet hours, no smoking, 2 guests max and no pets. In the listing photos you will see a layout of the entire property. -Ring camera is located on the exterior front of the property. -Upon arrival you are provided with “starter” off basic items to allow you to get settled in then ask that you supply toiletries for remainder of your stay.
