This could also be rented as one large unit by opening connecting door. I've used A+ materials on the renovation and completed this home as if I were going to keep it and rent it. Tenant could go on the right side of the house walked downstairs and be at the lower level to enter the house. 90% landscaping was completed last year and we will be building a walkway on the left side of the house to the lower deck.
