Water is provided by a modern drilled well with a new pump install 5 yrs ago, and there is newer mound system. The wide driveway is gravel & solid and there is plenty of parking Seller states that the hot tub may or may not work, but it was working when drained. Geothermal heat system needs repair. It leaked water when it was last operating and is currently shut off and is not assumed to be operational. Roof has leaked in the last winter and probably needs to be replaced. The shingles appear to be in fine shape, however. Dishwasher is not functional. This is a great house that just needs a some love to get it back in shape. This could be your new adventure!
