This probably ISN'T the house you are looking for. Most people looking for a newer home in the popular Stonecreek subdivision of American Fork want four or more bedrooms and want them all jammed together on the upper floor. This gorgeous "Addison" home by Woodside Homes only has three bedrooms, and to make matters worse, the Master Suite with the large master bath and huge walk-in closet is on the Main level, away from the two bedrooms upstairs with their large walk-in closets, full bathroom with granite countertop and double sinks. You might hate the benefits and convenience of cooking with natural gas and the gaudy elegance of marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, including the fridge, so sorry about that. You don't want the hassle of the extra deep, 3-4 car garage option because it's more fun to cram your big cars and trucks into a two car garage. You have no use for the RV parking on the side with the drive through gate. You shouldn't waste your time being cozy, reading or playing chess in the upstairs nook, that's for losers. And the large upstairs office just reminds you that you have work you should be doing, "No Thanks". You look forward to climbing on the ladder every winter, channeling your inner Griswold, risking life and limb to hang holiday lights, but with the permanent holiday lighting controlled from your phone, you don't get to do that anymore. You love the look and fun of running internet cables and speaker wire all over the house, so you'll be annoyed at the integrated and built in household internet, included TV and built in surround sound. With spring just around the corner, you are looking forward to an hour of mowing every 5 days, so this xeriscaped yard with a small patch of grass that can be mowed in 10 minutes with a battery powered mower will add to your disappointment with this home. Luckily, this floor plan with the Master suite on the Main level is pretty rare and there are only a couple of homes with this floorplan in the entire community, so you should be able to find your jammed up 4-5 bedroom home pretty quickly.
