36 acres in the woods! You could build a cabin with total privacy! It is just minutes to downtown Cuba. The road is more of a path, but acessible with a SUV or 4 wheel drive. There is not public access so you wont have much company unless you invite them. I've put arrow signs so you can find it. Look for red posted signs. In the photos, there is also a picture of the road with big tree trunks. They are NOT part of this property. I included that picture so you know you are on the right way. The seller hasnt been there in years. He is not aware of the timber value. He said there were studys done and they found natural gas that could be harvested.
