Great location. Just a few miles from Amazon Fullment Center & 2 entrances/exits to I-4 (111 & 114). Hospitals nearby as well as Orange City's commercial area. The house was previously used as a rental. It looks somewhat rough inside, but sellers had a home inspection performed on September 9th.
