Several food plots have been carved out of the mostly wooded 10 acres. The only areas that aren't brush/wooded are the food plots and a power line right of way along the south property line. You could plant this right of way to more food or switchgrass for more cover. Deer use of this property seems very high by the amount of rubs, trails and droppings I found while walking it. I kicked up several deer and found 2 dead deer on my tour. To the north and the west is all residential, to the south and east is all wooded and ag fields. There is parking access from both Clinton and Blackman Rd. I spoke with the county health dept and the property does not perk for a conventional septic system, they did say you could apply for a variance for an engineered mound septic system if you wanted to build on this property.
