Directions:Head E on 74/23 you will see a sign on the right for Balsam. Take a Right onto Candlestick Ln. Take an immediate right onto Cabin Flats Rd. A little after the post office Cabin Flats Rd will split. TURN LEFT split (the right goes to the Balsam Mountain Inn). You will still be on Cabin Flats Rd. You will pass the Balsam Rec Center on the right. Shortly after the Rec Center you will see a one lane gravel road on your right; Chad Crawford Rd. Take a right onto Chad Crawford Rd. You will come to an area where there is a tree in the middle of the road. You can cross over or go around the tree. Cross over–that becomes Flagstaff Dr. Do not cross over the Railroad tracks. That is the wrong way. On Flagstaff Dr—on the left you will see a house set a little back from the road. Ridge Haven Rd is the very next road on the left. You will see a green sign that says Ridge Haven Rd. Currently, we are the only residence on Ridge Haven Rd. House on left, log cabin with green roof. You will see a green sign that says, 67 Dean.
