The love and care given to this home will prove evident as soon as you pull up. The garage has great storage and next to the door leading into the home is an ideal shelving system for storing your outdoor shoes. The hip roof has a power ventilating system for the home and garage roof spaces. The timer for scheduling when to run the ventilation for the garage roof space is found in the main floor utility closet. The timer for running the ventilation for the home's roof space is found upstairs in the linen closet. In the upstairs hallway, there is an attic fan for an alternative method for cooling the house. The primary suite is upstairs with spacious closet and primary bath. There are three more bedrooms and a full bath with LVT floating floor. New carpet was installed in all the bedrooms this summer, and the front and rear bedrooms are newly painted. In the lower level, the finished area has also been freshly painted. The large unfinished area on the lower level has extensive built-in shelving. A new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, digital thermostat, and water softener were installed in 2019.
