This house became my families' home in May of 2015. Since then, this ~1,800 sq ft ranch sitting on a beautiful wooded -0.8 acre lot has become a precious part of my children's memory. With 4 bedrooms and 2baths, we have had countless sleepovers with friends and families. enjoyed sunrises from the ''lookout'' and sunsets off of the back deck. The wooded lot became our own little National Park when we cleared bushes and saplinas, raked and established trails, and hung hammocks and swings to make it our own. For such a classic looking suburban neighborhood, the escape into the wilderness out back is truly something to cherish. We have been very blessed to either have very quiet or very friendly neighbors on all sides. The neighborhood networks through a Facebook page which is extremely active. In this neighborhood, I haven't just loaned and borrowed a cup of sugar but regularly fix small engines for neighbors and borrow tools or equipment from neighbors on the other side of Hunter. The friendliness in here genuinely seems quite a bit above average Everything in the home is not only in good working order. but has been meticulously cared for over the last decade by its Engineer (think ''OCD'') owner :) We have put together two videos for vour review a short 6 minute overview video and a lengthy 60 minute detailed four which includes all of the things we would have liked to have known about a house when shopping.
