The kitchen has plenty of beautiful oak cabinets. There is also a pantry in the wide hallway for any overflow items. The laundry area is in a closet in the kitchen. The stainless-steel range, microwave and dishwasher are all new. The countertop is granite and has been professionally polished. The countertop extension between the dining area and the kitchen allows for another eating area. ALL the lighting (inside and out) is new and has been installed by Schweitzer Electric Plus. The floors in all the bathrooms are very attractive with 12-inch tiles. They have professionally re-grouted and polished. The new flooring in the kitchen is Luxury Vinyl Plank. There is a secluded patio in the back yard. Especially handy are the massive, carpeted walk-in closets on the upper floor: 6x7 and 9x9. The hot water heater is a 40-gallon tank. Trash is $95/quarter. Sewer charges approximately $106 a month. Electric service comes into the house via underground so there are no unsightly wires across the property. Basement footprint is 27x38.
