Later, he came out of retirement and worked for many years as the staff architect for the Scottsdale School District. Dr Wendell Rossman was known for his joint work on the ASU buildings, as well as the St Maria Goretti Church in Scottsdale, NAU's Skydome, and many other school and commercial buildings throughout both Arizona and Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
