Out back, Iāve got a cedar fence (2023) just waitinā for a fresh coat of paint, plus a spacious shed (2022) with plenty of space for tools, treasures, or tinkerinā. I even come with an ADA-compliant ramp and decking (2022) and a fresh gravel driveway (2023). Iām all about being practical and welcoming. Letās not forget the nitty-gritty work Iāve had done: the sewer line was relined and the water line was upgraded (2023). Fresh gutters, flashing, and downspouts with leaf protectors (2023) were installed and Iāve also had drains added to the yard between 2019-2020 to keep things high and dry. I tell yaāIām solid and ready for whatever the seasons throw my way. Now, I know you might like a little room to dream, and Iāve got plenty of potential for that too.
