Many, many large white pine are growing across the property. There is beaver sign along the river and it appears to be good wood duck habitat for additional trapping/hunting opportunities. The adjoining commercial forest has been cut in cycles also creating great habitat and includes additional extensive river frontage. The property is less than 2 miles off M95 for easy access from the North or South. The land across the river is state land and will likely remain undeveloped.
