This home has been owned by two families in its history. The original builder occupied until sold to the current owner who have lived in the house since 1976. Most major components have been either replaced or updated over the years. Roof was done in 2022, the electrical and plumbing updated between 2000 and 2012. Water Heater replaced in 2023. Icynene insulation was installed but not sure the year. The foundation was inspected and corrective measures taken by Alpha Foundation in February 2022. The kitchen sink is a porcelain on steel farmhouse style and original. The countertops are marble and original. Ceiling height throughout the 1st floor are 10ft high. The house was originally a 3-Bedroom, 2-Full Bathroom home. The owner removed two walls from the 1st floor to open the Living Room and the Main Bedroom. Both walls could be framed out if needed to provide a 3-bedroom, 2-Bathroom on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor existing Bedroom/Living Area/Bathroom for a 4-Bedroom, 3-full bathroom home. The 2nd floor was completed within the past 3-years. The home does need attention for current market updates and there is some wood work which may need to be done in the kitchen where the refrigerator and Laundry are located. The price is "as-is" and discounted for the market updates to the interior and the installation of the two walls taken out.
