The location is amazing: Less than 2 miles to Downtown Deland (voted America’s Best Downtown), plenty of great restaurants and shopping to choose from. 30 minutes to Daytona Beach, 45 minutes to Orlando, 15 minutes to Blue Springs and just 2 blocks from the hospital. The unit itself has been beautifully updated and comes completely furnished. The following have been replaced in 2021-2022: HVAC (has regular maintenance and a 5-year warranty), water heater (has a 6 year warranty), washer/dryer, blinds, luxury vinyl flooring, refrigerator, dishwasher, ceiling fans, insulated metal entry door and storm door, programable thermostat and the electric panel box has been updated!
