We all know that we can't have it all -- But why not? Over 3,000 sq ft single level of custom home on 4.3 acres with rushing stream joining the National Forest near Lake Burton, Glenn Ella Springs and all the natural beauty that goes with it. Not enough? How about your own private detached super-modern office with an attached shop that would make Geppetto jealous. Still not enough, how about a fenced-in dog lot with an insulated custom dog house. Still want more? There is a great garden spot and plenty of gentle land for other outside activities. Oh yeah, there is also a covered shed with enclosed storage for garden tools, etc. Kind of into arts? The extra wide hallway was designed to show off the owner's collection of paintings. If you still need some encouragement, did I mention that there is a separate wing with a private bedroom, bathroom and kitchen? Like I said it doesn't have it all but we couldn't find a unicorn to complete the picture. The three large bedrooms all have their own bathrooms, and are separated to give great privacy to all units. Could be easily converted into 3 separate livingsleeping areas. Mother-in-law, teenagers, roommate situation, or overnight rentals might all be possibilities. Home is triple zoned -- upper, main and basement levels are all the same temperature. Ductwork has blue lighting to help control allergens. Home and buildings are in great shape but could use cosmetic updates. Needs interior painting and possibly some flooring updates.
