At the back of the property is a second old trailer but it's a definite dumpster queen to be wadded up and made to go bye-bye. But the land - three acres comprised of two adjoining tracts, is really, really nice. It was open grasslands at one time and a bush hog will do wonders to make it pretty again. A good bit of it is gentle or even flat and the scattered canopy is very appealing. Access to the property is easy because it has paved Highway frontage. The location is about a dozen minutes west of Dahlonega and the area has a good feeling to it. Clean it up and you'll have a really nice place.
