Everyone who has lived in this home has loved it. The back yard is a rock garden. Not sure where all the cool rocks came from but there are a lot of them. The fenced back yard is the highlight and will be the selling point for this property. The house is small but cozy and that is reflected in the affordable price. The roof was replaced in 2018 and is in great condition. The whole house was recently painted inside and out. It has new appliances and a refreshed bathroom. It has a garage which is nice because a lot of homes converted the garage into living space. A garage is where all the stuff goes. It has an extra-large two-lane driveway. It's close to downtown and the bike path is down the street. It is near Puryear park which is amazing. There is a new YMCA real close by. There are all sorts of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. This home did not sustain damage from Helene or Milton. About an inch of water came into the home during Helene but it was dried cleaned and sanitized without any construction.
