Drive past Big-O-Tires about 100 yards then turn right. There is a brown "BLM Access" sign. Turn right before the cluster of signs, continue past the brown "Trailhead" sign (on the left) then look for a fork in the road. There is a tan stucco, modular house on the inside of the forked "Y" intersection. Bear LEFT at the fork/stucco house. Go through the "gateless" gate, past the "Lazy L" Kokopelli sign (left side). Turn RIGHT at the arrow shaped sign-post marked 5540 turn right up the hill. Please do not drive past the drive on the private drive it dead ends at the neighbor's home.
