This cluster home is a two-story with one-bedroom downstairs with a half-bath next to it, and two-bedrooms upstairs and two-baths adjoining the bedrooms with each having a balcony to step out to sit out mornings and evenings to enjoy watching the sunrise and sunsets and the many birds Saddlebrook has always vising us. The Great Room is is very spacious and it is nest to the kitchen and dining area which both overlook the large lanai where breakfast and barbecues can be had on many a weekend. There isn't a home next to them so there is a lot of privacy to the side of them. Walking to the community pool is very close, and since most of the single family homes have pools, it is usually vacant, and it can feel like it belongs to you. That is what I felt like when I was here. The cluster HOA maintenance dues includes hazard insurance, trash pickup, building maintenance,painting, lawn mowing, trimming shrubbery, irrigation, road maintenance, street lighting, pool and club house maintenance too. Many single family owners have complained their Homeowners insurance having tripled this year, where as cluster homes have it included in their dues and because there are 75 cluster homes and they all have metal roofs and have had the 4-point inspections the insurance is lower than most single family homeowners. Owning a cluster home makes life easier so families can enjoy life and the Saddlebrook amenities, and travel without having to do the weekly jobs that owning a single family home demands. Close to I 275 where getting anywhere is possiblewithin 30 minutes. Close to us there are grocery stores, outlets, shopping malls, hospitals, clinics, dentists, optomitrists, car dealerships, theaters, entertainment parks, beaches, lakes, fishing spots, airplane hangars, golf courses, tennis courts, pckleball courts, hockey rings, tennis courts, did I leave anything out ?
