A great building lot with a tear down house. Located near the south end of Renville - the location is approximate to country views. Why do I feel the house is better to be torn down? It needs significant work, beyond a few simple repairs. BUT if you are up for a challenge - and I don't use that word lightly; this once beautiful house could be glorious once again.
