There are NO Broker Fees but the Management company does require a $350 Application fee, a $110 credit check fee, a $500 move-in/out fee. There is an online application process followed by Board approval. Tenancy can start anytime between January 1st and end of February for a one year, 12 month rental. Sorry no pets permitted per Management Company.
