The first-floor location offers the ability to open the back sliding doors and be part of any activity happening in the bay. Of all the residences at Longboat Harbour, only a handful has similar water views. The gated beach property across the street has parking, rest rooms, outdoor showers, chair storage, and a car wash area. The maintenance staff takes impeccable care of the property. Luckily, the storm surge from neither Helene nor Milton reached any of the residential buildings in the Longboat Harbor community, so no water entered this unit. The island of Longboat Key is mostly private. Lovely Anna Maria Island, about 6 miles to the north, has many public beaches, shops, and restaurants. Five miles to the south is St. Armand’s Circle and Lido Key, with many beaches, shops and restaurants.
