It was evident the deer were keying in on those areas and the food plots due to the number of deer tracks everywhere! There were also tons of turkey tracks! To get to the lake, you can follow a loop-type road from either food plot that circles a gorgeous pond system that's about as awesome of a nesting habitat as I've ever seen on properties. As you'll see in the drone photos, water circles the pond area with higher wetland-type grasses in the center of the pond system!! This should help provide security to any waterfowl that may nest on the pond's interior. The seller says the lake can offer some great duck hunting as well. There is a trail that cuts off that loop that gets you down to one of the blinds on the shore super easy! We were able to take our truck all the way to the lake, where a beautiful area had already been cleared out with excellent views of the lake. The ground is nice and high all the way to the lake without any steep hills to get to the shoreline. An outhouse is already at one edge of the opening; on the other edge of that cleared area is a well. This could potentially make for an excellent spot to set up shop close to the lake for those views, all while having excellent deer, bear, turkey, grouse, and waterfowl hunting all around you! The other huge bonus is the property has public lands on three sides with thousands of acres of public right out the door! If this sounds like an incredible property, that's because it is! It's tough to find everything this one offers in one spot!
