This is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever been on. The property is comprised of 1,148 +/- acres of land that is used for cattle farming and tree harvesting. There with loblolly pine, longleaf pine, and a variety of hardwood trees currently on site. The property is not subject to zoning restrictions. Therefore, all uses are permitted. However, there is a 50-foot power line and gas line easement (about 2% of the site) running east to west along the central to the northern part of the site.
