The septic permit and perk tests are no longer current but the Buyer can make their purchase contingent on the necessary approvals, even for their house plan being approved. The street, curbs and driveway curb cut are already in place. Total new impervious surface for this lot should be 6,272 sq. ft. or less as the #9 note on the plan explains that total impervious surface for this lot #21 should be 14.4% or less.
