Seller has never been in/on the property. His parents bought it in the 1970's and both now are deceased. Seller, their adult son, is the Trustee of their Trust. Below are my (Listing Agent's) observations at this property: Property needs: NEW...roof, gutters, siding, windows, doors, furnace, air-conditioner, flooring. Exterior and interior trash removal.
