HVAC replaced in 2021. The clubhouse is a busy place, and you can be as active as you want to be, including brunch on the first Saturday of most months and many parties! There is a fitness room and a library in the Clubhouse as well. Walk around the two ponds or just sit on a bench. It is extremely relaxing!
