Home to be sold semi-furnished, is updated and in excellent condition! Buying a home in the Perkiomen Crossing neighborhood has always been on my wish list....and now I can call this all mine! As I drive through the neighborhood, I am in awe of the well-maintained homes, lovely landscaping and mature trees. When I reach my new home, the inviting front porch catches my eyes first. I love that my home is an end-unit as that provides more privacy. I can already envision my mornings spent sipping coffee, gently rocking in my chair, and soaking up the views! Once inside, I am first greeted by an abundance of natural light, crown molding and a charming wood burning fireplace. Around the corner is the dining room. I plan to host the holidays at my home this year and I love that I will be able to seat all my guests comfortably! Another feature of the kitchen that I love is the access to the deck through the kitchen's sliding glass door. I know many summer afternoons will be spent outside on this deck enjoying time with my family cooking up some good BBQ! Ascending to the second level, I can't wait to retreat to my master bedroom at the end of each day. The room is spacious, offers multiple closets and a full bathroom. The bathroom showcases a white vanity, an oversized mirror and a tub shower with a tile surround. Down the hall are two bedrooms, both offer sizable closet space and a hall bathroom. On the lower level, I plan to utilize the unfinished basement in a variety of ways. First, I love that the basement is a walk-out and has access to the lower level patio which is perfect for more entertaining! The basement is expansive and I can store all of my seasonal décor, tools and equipment. I can also make part of this space into my home gym....I love that I have options! Another reason why I love my new home is the convenient location. Nearby is Green Lane Park, Cuddy Dog Park, Adello Vineyard, Bella Vista Golf Course, Spring Mountain Ski Area and tons of shopping and restaurants to enjoy. I have found my own slice of paradise, and I can't wait to move in!
