This 94+ acre preserved farm is a chance to create your dream estate in beautiful Hopewell Valley. Work to be completed prior to close includes the following: 6 bedroom septic for the farmhouse, process landscape waste into wood chips, firewood, staged for milling or removed with the exception of landscape waste on far back lot to be covered by escrow at closing and finish the farm roads from Lynnbrook access and to back lot.
