An HRV system controlled from the hallway, brings fresh air into the living spaces and pumps stale air out of the bathrooms using a heat exchanger to compensate for the "air tight" nature of the house. On street parking is allowed in this area, without a permit, but there is also parking for one vehicle on a gravel space from Queens Alley, in rear of the property.
