Directions:GPS gets you close, but not exactly there. La Plata Lane does not go through to the property. The only way to the property boundary and entrance is by using Lake Lane. So take La Plata to Lake, then take a left on Lake. Just through the old metal open gate on the right you will see a small sign, a tree and somewhat of a turn-a-round around that tree. That is the best and only place to park and turn around without using a neighbor’s property. From there walking and hiking the property is at your own risk. Use the land Survey Plat to easily locate the visible property corners, stakes and rebar. Bring the Survey with you. You can print it from the MLS documents. Read directions in MLS carefully. GPS will not get you all the way there. La Plata does not go through. Access the property on Lake Ln. Look for listing agent signs. The “fireplace” on the survey is where the old cabin was. Do not park on neighbors property. See where I parked in the listing photos and look for the small blue & white sign.
