William Rasmussen was the builder. FHA Mortgage Loans were available through Valley National Bank. A 5 room brick home was priced at $3,850. Building Contractor R.T. Moore was the first owner of this 6 room painted brick, red tile roofed home at 310 W Campbell in 1939.
