We have 3 units in total, 4/1 house in the front, 1/1 unit right in the middle, and 3/1 house in the back of the property. The House in the front is the sellers primary home, all though he does rent one room inside his home to one of his friends, the unit in the middle is rented but is not getting full market rent at $600 per month, and the unit in the back, the 3/1 is occupied by one of the sellers daughters, she's not paying rent. Market rent varies from 900-1100 for the 1/1 unit and 1300-1500 for the other two units.
