RGV is convenient to area shopping, restaurants, and entertainment venues. This community is close to the interstates and the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. Come experience the Rolling Green Village easy lifestyle! Please note that the garage is listed as 2-car garage but a heated and cooled workshop/office was added to the one bay, shortening the length of that bay. This space is perfect for a craft room, lounge area, workout space, or just extra storage. It could be converted back to a 2-car garage if that suits the buyer better.
