While the two bedrooms with queen beds are relatively small, the master bedroom offers more space and even boasts its own streaming TV; Wi-Fi enabled. The apartment also features a privately fenced backyard with seating, providing an intimate outdoor area exclusively for your use. As this is an older duplex, we kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 10pm. We have also asked our adjacent guests to be considerate, as noise travels easily within this cozy space. Regarding pets, we do allow them with management approval. However, please note that we do not permit exotic pets or aggressive breeds under any circumstances. If you wish to bring a pet, we kindly ask for breed information along with pictures for our approval process. A pet fee and pet deposit will be applicable. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. An $75 application fee is applicable per adult, which must be submitted with a signed rental application, a copy of ID, recent pay stubs, and pet information and pictures (if applicable). Upon approval, a $195 Admin Lease Fee, along with the Security Deposit and first month's rent (plus non-refundable pet fee and pet rent, if applicable), will be due.
