The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower, dual-sink vanity, and a separate sitting area with vanity.  Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms: There are three additional guest bedrooms: One with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and the third with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. The guest bedrooms share the second bathroom, which offers a single-sink vanity and tub/shower combination. There is a half-bathroom available that doubles as the pool bath.  Lanai/Pool/Dock: The pool area is private and relaxing, making day or night outdoor lounging a bliss with a beautiful water views. The spacious lanai offers an electric-heated salt water pool with Western exposure. You have plenty of seating available! There is poolside dining with room for 4 guests, and additional seating around the pool. There are also sun loungers available at the dock. The propane grill is available for you to use during your stay. This house is perfect for families, as it offers 4 bicycles for peaceful rides around the neighborhood, as well as a whopping 5 kayaks and kayak launch.
