Directions:Take Hwy 68 S. After Velarde on way to Espanola, go about 8 miles, past Los Luceros, past gas station on right w/ Green awning. Shortly past the gas station, due to construction, the road merges to one lane, about 1/2 mile from merging, look for two signs on right: CR42 (small blue & yellow), La Villita (green). Turn RIGHT at the La Villita/CR42 signs. You are now on CR42 - continue to STOP sign (about 1/2 mi. will see small church on right corner). Continue straight (go across CR 40), remaining on CR 42. Go over acequia ditch, STAY ON PAVEMENT. Continue short distance to "Y" in the road (there is a large McMansion in a green field), stay to the LEFT which is PD 1021 - Dirt drive one lane marked Dead End, continue to green gate #28. Please note the Geocode is not locating this property, as it is showing Private Drive 1021 as ending much earlier than it does. Please use my specific directions to find this house. It is at the end of a dead-end street allowing for lots of privacy and solitude.
