Investors, bring your imagination or a GREAT Starter home. The lot is larger than the tax records state. I have attached the two surveys that vary on where the property line is. The owners states the lot is an acre. I recommend the land be re-surveyed to verify. Just down the road is large homes much higher than the price of this lot. Property is attached to a farm and woods. On the other side to Price road is a stream, which is why Flood insurance was required, but never had a problem. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, nice size living room and kitchen. Window A/C unit that cools the whole house down. Washer and dryer right as your walk into the mud room area. Freshly painted, newer floors and appliances. Can not hear the street noice. Large back yard with so much potential. Lots of parking on side of house, off Price Road. This cute little home is on a private well and septic system. The septic was repaired in 2018. If a larger home was to be built on this lot, it would need a larger septic tank. The home is all electric. There is a buried gas company gas line that is caped in the yard. There are two sheds on the property and one is wired for camper. So much potential with this home and lot. Roof replaced when she moved in 7 1/2 years ago and the septic pumped in November 2024. Due to seller's work schedule, the contract submission deadline is Sunday, January 26, 2025 at 5:00pm and we will hold and review them all then.
